Return Policy

All returns begin with an e-mail (info@inspired-kitchens.com) or call +1-717-674-2739 to one of our customer support representatives. This is especially necessary to assure that the item being returned is shipped to the appropriate location. Returned items must be returned in the original packaging. All returned, unopened, undamaged items are subject to a 30% restocking charge by our distribution center and the cost of shipping and all associated transportation arrangements are the responsibility of the consumer. To process a return you will need to provide the order number, the receipt number, pictures and documentation and the approval reference from our customer service representative.

Customers are responsible for all the measurements. Please verify the following:

• Appliances
• Ceiling height and wall dimensions
• Window or door dimensions around the cabinets
• Any special obstruction in the cabinet space
• Any damages from shipping should be marked on the BOL at the time of delivery.

Natural Wood Finishes:

All our cabinets are made from natural wood. Since every tree offers a different variation in grain and patterns, this does not mean it is an imperfection.

Any changes to your order after it is placed could result in a 30% restocking fee and additional shipping charges. Once the cabinet is out of the box and assembled, no returns are accepted.
